About Me

Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher

Anita Lynette Hagans desire is to inspire others to love themselves in order to step into their soul-purpose and embrace life transitions through learning to remove blocks, develop self-love, build confidence, intentionally set goals and developing overall wellness for the total person. She empowers others to become aware of codependency behaviors and educate on ways to live up to their highest potential and divine path as they transition through life. Anita encourages others to heal from toxic behaviors that have stemmed from enabling, and lack of self-appreciation. Anita Lynette Hagans found Traditional Usui Reiki Healing during her time of transition and it to be a great addition to her lifestyle and life goals and has decided to share with others the great life force healing provided with Traditional Usui Reiki.

Professionalism and Experience

With over 10 plus years' experience in mental, behavioral health and human services, Anita Lynette Hagans seeks to empower others to grow from within. She received a Masters in  Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2015 and earned her Life Coach Certificate from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County in 2018.  Anita focuses on solutions to guide you into your divine purpose. Anita has worked with individuals, groups and families, but is passionate about uplifting women and men through the awesome healing of Traditional Usui Reiki Healing. 


Anita is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher in Raleigh, NC and has received her Traditional Usui Reiki Certification through the One Light Center in Durham NC.


Anita has also completed her studies and earned her Masters of Science in Integrative Health Sciences from American College of Healthcare Sciences with a focus herbal medicine and aromatherapy, as she feel holistic and complementary therapies play a major role in personal, mental, emotional and physical healing .
